Meet Endi and Chris, two young lovers from El Paso now living in Austin. They’re set to get married November, 11, 2011 (11-11-11) and came to us to shoot lovely engagement photos for them.
I met Endi through boot camp and fell in love with her vibrant personality, I can see now why Chris absolutely adores her. Alex and I had a ball skipping around Austin and capturing some truly fantastic moments.
We had high hopes of getting some shots inside of Lustre Pearl but there was a wedding there…good thing Austin has no shortage of kick butt options, we frolicked to Clive down the street instead. Loved the vintage/retro decor!
Just across the street from Clive are two of my fav food trailers in Austin. Endi and Chris were great sports and tried whatever we threw at them.
The hula hooping was hysterical to watch…thanks for providing the comedy guys. I had tears in my eyes!
After the food trailers we were walking back to our cars and spotted an ultra hip bar that hasn’t been open for long…it boasted vibrant colors and boards games on the patio! We couldn’t resist! Thanks Icenhauer!
Can I tell you how much I just LOVE the sassiness that Endi was giving us all day? That girl was totally workin’ it!!
Then it was time for some urban shots for these two hip kids…off to 5th street we went.

Hallelujah to Austin for having a plethora of amazing murals that make our job that much easier. This one was peerrrffeecccttt! It’s on 5th and Congress for all you curious kids. Also, doesn’t Endi look like Salma Hayek?!?!
Next it was off to Auditorium Shores for the final shots of the day.
Ya see, Endi and Chris are both from El Paso and will be married there in November. They were adorable and made signs just for this location!
Famous “Imma Star!” jumps in front of the city they love. Thanks for working with us on this shot Chris even though your foot was hurt.
These two love dogs and had high hopes of borrowing someone’s dog for a few of the photos we shot by the water. Luckily Ellie was happy to oblige and ran over to us without being prompted to. Dogs are awesome!!!
